Love it! I added some green beans that I needed to use up. I made some jasmine rice to go with – sticky rice would have been another level! Maybe some toasted coconut flakes too 🙂

This recipe was very easy to make. I added string beans and mushrooms. The next time I make it I will use chicken.
It was delicious. It will be my go to dish for company.

I made this for dinner tonight – super simple but so delicious. I’ve always been nervous to make curry dishes but this one seemed less intimidating. I added green beans because I had some in the fridge to use up and they went well. I think I’ll be making this a lot with different veggie variations. Hubby loved it. Thanks for posting!
