I used what I had on hand. I had vanilla organic protein powder. And I used a blender. Homemade high protein peanut butter cup. And I Don’t enjoy ice in my smoothies, so I’ll use a combination of frozen almond/ oat milk ( frozen in regular ice tray) and frozen cubed non fat plain vogues. With a dash of honey.
A lot more calories. The trade off is Much more Protein. Delicious.
