Thank you SO MUCH for this great recipe! I wanted to make a quick and lower sugar fudge using a bar of dark chocolate I had, and incorporated it into this recipe with excellent results. I’d like to experiment with larger trays next. 🙂

Brittany, might you know how many multiples I’d need for a 10 x 13 pan? 3x maybe?

Hi Michelle – I always use natural peanut butter (just peanuts and sometimes sea salt), really any brand will work, but my favorites are trader joes or whole foods. Enjoy this recipe!
