These were delicious! I am going to try them again for New Years as the dough was a little dry and so think it was because I added too much after it rose because it was too sticky.

Hi! I would suggest using brown sugar instead if you have that on hand as that’ll still add a nice caramel flavor similar to the coconut sugar. If you don’t have brown sugar on hand, cane sugar should also work.

Hi Lisa – These cinnamon rolls will be fine left out at room temperature covered for about 2 days. After that, I recommend storing them in the fridge.
