Made these fluffy cinnamon rolls a 2nd time, they have turned out even better than before.
This is by far the better recipe, more accurate than others for making a more fluffy dough.
Amazing, thanks so much.
Mine were baked with non dairy butter.

I can’t seem to get the slapping sound – the dough just doesn’t come together in a ball.

In reply to Kim. Hi Kim - Thank you so much for being here! Yes, if you don’t have a standing mixer, you can knead the dough by hand. Whisk the mixture until it gets too thick then switch to mixing with a wooden spoon until a dough starts to form. Once the dough is ready and not too sticky, pour it onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth ball forms. Then rise as directed. Enjoy!

I did this recipe without the egg because I didn’t have any. It was quite amazing. My family loves them. They turned out very fluffy and super yummy. I’ll definately make them again. I didn’t have any vanilla extract, so I used vanilla sugar and a little less maple syrup for the frosting.
