Hi Melissa – the recipe says 1/2 cup coconut milk or heavy cream. Are you not seeing it? You can certainly make this with chicken breast, but the cook time will be different since you’ll be cooking raw chicken. I’d just recommend cutting the chicken up into chunks to help it cook faster. Let me know how this one turns out for you!

I think next time I make it, I may cut the pasta and liquids portions in half. Maybe double the sausage, and add in bell peppers or asparagus tips.

This was a wonderful recipe. I see myself making it over and over.

My teenage son loves this recipe! Since the first time I made it, he has requested it almost every week. The only change I made was getting the sausage not in links, just loose sausage so I don’t have to cut it up or take the casings off or anything. Otherwise, it’s perfect exactly as written. Thank you!
